The client authorises their Amazon account once. Only the account holder can authorise a third-party application, so the consent link goes to them directly, not to a delegated user.

Enable products per client. A client on listing work does not have to pay for repricing, and a client on multichannel does not have to take ad management.

- Can I manage multiple clients from one login?
- Yes. The agency portal lists every client you have added. You switch between them without signing out, and each client’s data stays separate.
- Do my clients need their own logins?
- Not to get started. You operate the tools on their behalf from the agency portal. Client access can be granted where it makes sense.
- Which products can I turn on per client?
- ListPilot, ChannelPilot, AdPilot, PricePilot, ScalePilot and BookPilot are enabled per client, so each client only carries the tools they actually use.
- How does a client connect their Amazon account?
- They authorise once through Amazon’s own consent flow. Amazon only allows the primary account holder to authorise a third-party application, so a delegated user cannot complete it. Send the consent link to the account owner.
- What does it cost an agency?
- No two agencies bill the same way. Some resell the tools at their own price, some fold them into an existing retainer, and some prefer a revenue share. Rather than publish a rate card that would fit almost nobody, we agree terms with you on the call.
